17th March Ash Wednesday Service at 7.30 pm in St. John's church.
25th March Lent Course begins - this year it will be held here at St. John's - 7.30 coffee - 7.45 start. This will last for five weeks.
Good Friday Walk of Witness will begin from Walkden Methodist at 11.00 am
Easter Day Sunrise Service will be at Blackleach Country Park.
24th April Revd. David Green final service at St. Paul's Peel
9th May Farnworth Entertainers are here to entertain us at 3.00 in church.
June - Spring/Summer Fair
July - Parish Outing.
October/November - Harvest Celebrations and Gift Day
4th December Christmas Fair
5th December Bishops Pilgramage at St. John's
In May we will be having a visit to church by the Farnworth Entertainers - they were really good - well worth coming and listening to. As was Radcliffe Brass Band who will be with us again in September.
